ZIA Network, based in New York, is a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping Zimbabwe join the community of the democratic world in which the inalienable rights of all individuals prevail. As Zimbabwe marches forward from a deep political and economic crisis, ZIA Network is dedicated to mobilizing resources to respond to the humanitarian catastrophe the people of Zimbabwe have had to endure. The resources we seek are both in material and knowledge form for the good of the people of Zimbabwe.
ZIA Network is a New York based independent nongovernmental organization that supports freedom in Zimbabwe and the world in general. ZIA Network believes freedom is possible only in democratic political systems in which governments are accountable to their own people; the rule of law prevails; and freedoms of expression, association, and belief, as well as respect for the rights of minorities and women, are guaranteed.
The organization focuses on three priorities: the Humanitarian, Governance, and Education to empower people to exercise their right to choose. We are a dynamic network that monitors, promotes, and defends freedom worldwide. ZIA Network targets over 4 million potential members operating in more than 50 countries, the majority in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, the United Kingdom, the US, Canada, and Australia.
The basic membership fee is US$10. Each donation helps ZIA Network raise money to carry out its mandate. Our volunteers and staff need basic tools of communication and travel in order to maintain the viability of the organization, produce the ZIA Network publications, and daily ZIA Network Updates. Your continued dedication to ZIA Network’s work helps ensure Zimbabwe’s right to choice, strengthens the Zimbabwe international relationship, and shows your commitment to establishing and maintaining true democracy in Zimbabwe. Renewing your membership ensures you will continue to receive all of the benefits it provides.
